General & Printing
What surfaces can I print on?
You can print on almost any flat or slightly curved food surface. It works beautifully on coffee foam, milkshakes, macarons, cookies, cakes, pastries, bread, and even beverage glasses. For best results, lighter-colored surfaces show the ink the best.
Do I need to download an app to use it?
No app is required! The latest generation Evebot comes with an integrated touchscreen and visual positioning camera. You can select your designs, adjust alignment, and print directly from the device.
How large can the printer print?
The smart printer features a large printing area, capable of creating brilliant designs up to 5 × 10 cm (1.96 × 3.93 inches), making it perfect for wide mugs and large cakes.
Ink & Cartridges
Is the ink safe to eat and drink?
Absolutely. Our premium ink is 100% food-safe, completely odorless, tasteless, and certified food-grade. It will not alter the flavor of your coffee or pastries in any way.
How many prints can I get from one cartridge?
A single cartridge yields approximately 3,000 prints (based on a standard 50 × 50 mm design). This makes the cost per print incredibly low for businesses.
What ink colors are available?
We currently offer cartridges in Brown (perfect for coffee), Black, Red, and Matcha Green. You can easily swap cartridges in seconds depending on your design needs.

How fast is shipping?
We ship securely from the USA. Most domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and arrive within 3-5 business days. We also offer fast, duty-free shipping options to the EU.
Does the printer come with a warranty?
Yes! Every Evebot Coffee Printer comes with a comprehensive one-year manufacturer's warranty covering any technical defects or hardware issues.
