Shipping Information

Processing Times

All orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) are processed and dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer secure, tracked shipping directly from our US fulfillment centers. Standard delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Global & EU Shipping: We proudly offer Worldwide Shipping. For our European customers, goods are shipped duty-free within the EU with no hidden customs charges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our printers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund, devices must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and with all included accessories. Because food safety is our top priority, opened ink cartridges cannot be returned and will be deducted from your total refund amount.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our support team with your Order Number and serial number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label (if applicable).

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
